For hygiene and safety reasons, SHINAILS press-on nails are classified as personal care products. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, worn, or removed from its sealed packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@shinails.ca within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Sizing Corrections
If your nails don’t fit as expected due to sizing, we’re happy to help you place a corrected order. You’ll receive an exclusive 10% discount on your replacement set.
